Beachbodies Christmas Party

Christmas is once again fast approaching and our Team at Beachbodies Health Club would love to celebrate the occasion with our fabulous members.

Join us for a Barbeque lunch followed by a fun-filled afternoon of Barefoot Bowls.

A small donation of $10 per person is payable at reception and will get you a BBQ lunch and barefoot bowls.

Cycle Studio

The new cycle studio with 22 bikes and multiple classes to choose from. Beachbodies Health Club offers RPM/CYCLE, HITT CYCLE and SPRINT! Check out or class timetable for times and class details.

Cardio Equipment Upgrades

We are happy to announce we have upgraded our cardio equipment! With new bikes and cross trainers now available along with new state of the art steppers which monitor your gait pattern and adjust automatically – ensuring a smooth cardio experience that is gentle on your knees!

 

Boxing Studio

 Beachbodies Health Club now has a dedicated Boxing Studio! With a range of different boxing bags, functional equipment and cages it is the perfect place to mix up your training and get those endorphins flowing.

Why we need to get lifted: Nine out 10 Australians do not do enough weight training

We’re a sporting country.

About 60 per cent of Australian adults say they are into exercise and there are more than 3300 gyms in the country – about 1100 more than there were five years ago.

But, we’re still struggling.

A new study of nearly 200,000 Australians reveals that nine out of 10 do not meet the guidelines of twice weekly strength training. Strength training can include lifting weights (barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells), using resistance bands or body weight (push-ups, sit-ups, squats).

Come on in and meet the new Owners Tony and Angela Farrell and their friendly team at Beachbodies Health club. Beachbodies is perfectly located upstairs in the Jetty Village Shopping Centre and offers
something for everyone! We are a 24 hour facility and fully staffed Monday – Friday from 5:15am until 7:15pm, Saturday mornings 7-11am and Sunday mornings 8 -11am. Our club is Fitness passport friendly and is fully air conditioned for your comfort. There is a lift for disabled access the northern end of centre.

Our crèche is open every weekday morning and evening, also on Saturday and Sunday mornings to accommodate our fantastic new group fitness timetable. We now offer 49 classes per week and if you haven’t met our motivating group fitness instructors, you are missing out! They are vibrant, fun, motivational and full of energy!!!

If you need extra motivation and accountability, we have Personal Trainers with exceptional skills and knowledge who can help you to reach your full potential, any specific goals and dreams, or just to help guide you in the right direction. In addition to our Wedding Fit packages Available, if you are truly up to changing your habits into a healthy lifestyle, be sure to come check out our 8 week ‘Kickstart to health and fi tness mind and body transformation’ challenge starting on 1st February 2016.
