Mel is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist and the co-owner of 

Beachbodies Health Club

She participates actively in the Coffs Harbour Triathlon Club and has a passion for exercise and helping people not only achieve results but also prevent, manage and overcome injuries.

In her spare time you can find her riding her bike, running the jetty or walking the dogs on the beach

Mel loves teaching many group fitness classes including Cycle & HIIT

She brings enthusiasm, motivation and her beautiful smile to get you working hard
